Orders and shipping

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Everything is made after you order, so that includes a few days to make it and a few days to ship it. The details are on our Shipping page.

Where’s my tracking?

We email a tracking link when your order ships. You can also check on your order anytime at Find Your Order with your order number (it starts with CL-) and the email you ordered with. Still stuck? Contact us.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

Different pieces are made in different places, and caps, throws, pillows, drinkware and anything made overseas always ship on their own. You still pay shipping once, at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours. Once your order goes into production, we can’t change or cancel it.

Is shipping free?

On orders of $125 or more, yes. Below that, standard shipping is $8.95, or a little more for a big order (say, a blanket and a couple of hoodies). Your cart shows the exact amount before you check out.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Just give us your email so we can send your receipt and tracking.

How can I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices, Link, and Klarna if you’d rather pay over time (Klarna isn’t available for gift cards). Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.

What’s in The Home Uniform?

It’s our lounge set: The Letterman Hoodie and The Sideline Sweatpants, together for $165 instead of $176. Pick a color and size for each piece: match them or mix them.

How do I find my size?

Every piece has its own chart in our size guide and a fit note under its size picker. Oversized pieces are cut roomy: take your usual size for the loose look, or one size down for a closer, more tailored fit. Between sizes on anything else? Size up for a roomier fit.

How do I wash it?

• Hoodies, crewnecks, quarter-zips, sweatpants, shorts, tees, polos and pajamas: machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron the print or the embroidery, and don’t dry clean.
• Jackets: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang dry.
• Knit sweater, cardigan and vest: wash at 86–104°F (30–40°C). They may shrink a little after the first wash.
• Socks: machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low.
• Caps, beanies and bucket hats: spot clean only.
• Sherpa blanket: machine wash cold on gentle, then tumble dry low.
• Mugs and glasses: hand wash.

Where is it made?

Every design comes from the Athletic Department of Rest, here in the USA. Each piece is then printed or embroidered after you order by our production partner, on blanks from makers like Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, Lane Seven, AS Colour and Independent Trading Co. Each product page says where it’s made, and so does the label inside.

Can I return something?

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery, send it back unworn for a different size or color, or for store credit: email us first and we’ll send you the return address. Return shipping is on you, and we ship an exchange to you free. If it arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 25 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full at no cost. Are you affiliated with the NFL or NCAA?

No. Couchletics isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NCAA or any team. The Slate’s scores and schedules are just for fun.
