Writing about an order?

Include your order number (it starts with CL- and it’s in your confirmation email) and the email address you ordered with. If something arrived damaged or misprinted, a photo of it helps us sort it out faster.

Need to change or cancel?

Write as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order goes into production, we can’t change or cancel it. See Returns & Exchanges for the details.
